Eva Grubinger's project uses the WWWeb as a new channel for the
distribution of art and for a presentation of communication-
structures between artists. The value of art can no longer be
measured by its formal qualities but has to be judged in its
conceptual make-up. That is why most of the projects presented
in C@C are of a network-immanent character. They are not
documentations or representations of events taking place
outside of the network but they were conceptualised and built
for the network. Every artist invited has the possibility to
invite three more artists. Special Net-Work-Tools were created
to build the artistic works.
