The "Multimedia Teleschool for European Personnel Development"
(MTS) is the prototype of a new global virtual learning
organisation based on telematics. Its central orgnisational
body consists of different entities cooperating with each other
and coordinating themselves. All these entities, the
administration, the instructors, the authors, the technicians
and the students are interactively using the progressive
telematic technologies of the electronic networks (PSDN, ISDN)
and the interactive sattelite transmission (DBS).
